The service

Sundown Drive is free to use. We can change, pause or shut it down at any time, and we can't promise it will always be available.

No warranty

The app is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind — including that it will be fault-free, accurate or uninterrupted. Use it at your own risk.

Accounts

You can close your account at any time from Profile > Settings > Account. We can also close an account for abuse of the service or of the people using it. Either way, closing an account erases its data — see the privacy policy for details.

Driving

Your attention belongs to the road. Set the app up before you set off — mount the phone, start the drive, then leave it alone. If something needs reading or tapping, wait until you've stopped somewhere safe, or hand it to a passenger.

You are responsible for how you drive and for following the law of the road wherever you are, at all times — including while this app is open.

Where you go is your decision. A place on the map, a target for the night, a point in an event — treat each one as a suggestion and weigh it against what you actually see. Maps go out of date and GPS can be wrong, so trust the windscreen over the screen. If a road doesn't look right, don't drive it.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for collisions, injury, damage, fines or anything else arising from a drive, whether or not the app was running at the time. Nothing here limits liability that the law says cannot be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. Any material change will be posted here before it takes effect; using the app afterwards means you accept it.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Lithuania.
